What We Believe
A clear, biblical confession centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ.

1) Scripture
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings, and the complete revelation of His will for salvation. It is our supreme and final authority for faith and conduct.

2) God
We believe in one living and true God, the Creator of all, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3) Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man—born of a virgin, sinless in life, crucified for our sins, bodily raised, and ascended to heaven, where He serves as the only mediator between God and humanity.

4) The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully divine. He glorifies the Father and the Son, convicts the world of sin, regenerates all who believe, and indwells, illuminates, guides, equips, and empowers believers for holy living and service.

5) Humanity & Sin
We believe humanity was created in God’s image to glorify and enjoy Him. In Adam and Eve’s sin, the human race fell; all are now sinners by nature, alienated from God, and under His just wrath.

6) Salvation
We believe salvation is God’s free gift—received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by human effort. Through repentance and trust in Christ’s finished work, we are forgiven, made new by the Holy Spirit, and adopted as God’s children.

7) The Universal Church
We believe the universal Church is composed of all who, through faith in Jesus Christ, are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together as the Body of Christ, of which He is the Head.

8) The Local Church
We believe every member of Christ’s Body is eligible for local church membership. Jesus Christ is Lord and Head of the Church, and each local congregation is responsible under Christ to govern its own affairs.

9) Christian Living & Liberty
We believe followers of Christ are called to a lifestyle that honors Him and aligns with Scripture. We affirm religious liberty and voluntary cooperation to advance the cause of Christ.

10) Christ’s Return
We believe Jesus Christ will return physically and visibly to judge the living and the dead and to consummate God’s redemptive plan.

11) Ordinances
We believe Christ gave two ordinances to the Church: Baptism, a public sign of personal faith and new life in Christ; and Holy Communion, a remembrance of His atoning death for our sins.
